I was listening online to the National Indigenous Radio call of the game (Smokey Dawson, ex-Lion Chris Johnson and someone else) and they were marvelling at TV's mobility. "He moves like a six-footer," one of them said. Good to hear he's coming on.

Could be time soon for Tugga to catch up on some reading:

I'm still leaving the jury out on him. I've seen a mix of good and bad things but you just have to cut young ruckman so much slack. How often do you see a ruck under 23 as a good player?

He's got the talent of a good midfielder in a 200cm body. If he puts on 5kgs, keeps his athleticism and learns to play consistently to his talent we have a winner. That there are many signs that he has the ability at AFL level is really good considering his age and size. But I'll wait for 2 years before saying he is the real deal. Then I expect to see a good ruck, good forward and good running midfielder. Even if he is B grade in each of those three he becomes an A grade player. Just hoping

Agree on all points there. He has very good lateral movement for someone his size. In a marking situation, one on one, i reckon he plays better from behind. I think he prefers to reach over the opposition. This could be exposed with a taller defender playing on him.
I don't think he'll ever be the crash bang big pack mark type player. I think he'll improve, but i don't think it'll be something that he'll be known for.
FWIW i think he's developing ok.

I put my hand up and say earlier this year I questioned what he brings to the table but he has now shown enough to give me hope that he may yet turn out to be a reasonable footballer. He had a couple of slow games over the last few weeks but he really stood out agianst the Lions.

I would still like to see him play at the other end of the ground at some stage so he can add a defensive string to his bow. This may allow Astbury an opportunity too to play up fwd?

Vicks is still too light to play #1 ruck but perhaps a few more seasons in the new gym he might become a solid ruck/forward.
