mmm i think geelong west have NOT had much success in the history of the GFL, as a whole club, let alone juniors...i never remember a great geelong west side or even hearing about a great one...im suprised there even gfl really, coz there sort of a nothing club.

i saw there game last week, and there u 16 team who played under lights were just to small, they didnt have the bodies, but to add to it, they didnt have the heart or the strength to fend of tackles or anything. Lara should of put them away in the first quarter but failed to.

but i think people on here need to become less one eyed so we can have some genuine under 16 footy chats, and not be so negative towards other clubs, coz ultimatley, no one has to stay at that club, so if they wanted everyone could play for the best club going round...assuming they make the cut. but constructive critismt should be accepted coz its the only way to be true to urself.
 
big news from the marys camp this week they have made new comer Jackon Attwood captain this week :| i hope they dont expect a win with him leading the team!!!!!

mate are u serious ? jst cause we are small dont mean shit ur a joke. im one of the smaller kids in the youing side 80% of us bottom age, and i still tackle the biggeer kids in the comp as do all of the smaller kids in the team, so jst shut up seriously.

how can u say we dont deserve to be gfl, we would beat any bfl or gdfl side, ur a joke. nd a nothing club?? if we were nothing our a's would be bottom divi 6.

we are a small team compared to the others, nd most our players are bottom age so they r just learning for next year and they will grow if they have good preseason. if we wernt hard at it against lara how could we win, how could any1 win a game if they rnt hard at the footy. lara were the softer 1s nd we were harder in the last quarter nd thats how we won the game. soo u must of been watchin a different game mate.

as much as i hate to agree with anyone associated with banno i wil have to have to on this one. i played at marys 2 years ago and am disgraced to see that a kid like jackson attwood is skippering em this week. even if yous do have some outs surely your depth goes further down then having him as captain. dissapointing marys

big 10 goal win over inverleigh this week to bell park , shouldve been at least a 100 point but the coach made like 100000 changes in the last quarter.
