I'm not a huge soccer fan, but I find it super weird the way the players, officials and referees interact with each other. Its like a softcore orgy out there. And I absolutely hate the tactics of rolling around on the floor with 'injuries' trying to delay the play. I know Man City would have done the same thing if they were in Chelseas position, so I don't blame them, it's part of the game as a whole. I think if they tried to stamp it out with sanctions I would find the game much more enjoyable to watch, it just looks pathetic to me. I guess I just don't understand the culture of the sport.
No doubt some of the players ham it up to a ridiculous degree, but having played the sport some of the kicks you get even with shin pads on ****ing hurt like hell.

I'll console myself with 5 league titles, 2 FA cups, 5 league cups, around a billion and a half in Champions league revenue, around 2 billion in domestic TV revenue and about a billion tears from the eyes of jealous opposition supporters.

Money well spent.

Imagine spending 2007 million euro on transfer fees and still losing.

Its ok mate winning CL isnt for everyone. You'll get there one day.
We will win it if and when we win it.

We're no more entitled or deserving than anyone else.

How many stars on your jersey after all those billions?

You seem very happy.

Silent before kickoff, we're you a bit scared to throw out the banter before the match?

Mark critchley] Guardiola on no Rodri or Fernandinho: "I decided the decision, to have quality players. Gundogan played many years in this position. To have speed, to find the small players, the quality, the brilliant players, inside, in the middle and between the lines. This was the decision."

Whoops

Thanks mate. It was a tough campaign but we did it. We beat City in the CL Final.

This team just continues to surprise me. Massive credit must go to Tuchel. The way he’s got us playing

On an individual level this is far from the best squad we’ve had. Even the second Mourinho era I would think looks better on paper.

But the team chemistry, solidarity at the back and huge desire to win have got us to this position.

Plus we have N’golo Kante.

Up the ****ing Chels

Shout out to my girl Marina Granovskaia

How bad was the commentary? I don’t just mean David “Two-Shell” Pleat but play by play guy Jones is terrible. Doesn’t call the players enough, I’m sure he never mentioned Mount’s name for the pass for Havertz goal.

Good defending by Chelsea but terrible final third by City. Pep has cooked it two years running
