Good News.

Hish has now updated his confirmed keepers to 26 and thanked me for the heads-up. I have updated and confirmed his amended list and so this has knocked out some of the excellent players available on the pre draft list. We are still waiting for Dodds Devils and Lyns Lions to respond, but if they don't, I'll update their keepers tomorrow. I've also reached out to Elite Pete (who earlier expressed interest in joining this league) to see if he is still interested in taking over one of the other 2 teams. I've worked out that I can still replace a coach in the league without jeopardizing the keepers, draft order etc, providing I have their UF login email.

OK. More good news. No response from Lyns Lions or Dodds Devils, so I have assigned more of their list as keepers (up to 34 each). You should now see an up-to-date list of players available to draft in set pre draft rankings.
AND, Elite Pete is keen to enter our league, so he has now been assigned Lyns Lions team (but will probably change name )

If anyone knows of someone who would like to take over other team please pm me their UF login email asap and I will assign. I might also put out a couple of feelers in another couple of keeper leagues I'm in later. Only 1 team to be replaced now, so first in gets it.

We have a complete and participating League again! A new coach, Mitchell, from another UF league that I'm in has now been assigned as coach of Dodds Devils (also likely to change name). So, all ready for draft on Friday and you can now all see the available players in Set Pre Draft Rankings. Let's all hope for a Covid-19 free year.

Just an quick update. As I selected 34 keepers for both Lyns Lions (now King Ding a Ling) and Dodds Devils, I gave both new coaches the option of delisting any further players. Pete has requested a further 6 delistings which I have now confirmed and accordingly, available players in the draft have now increased by these 6 players. I'll further update if Mitchell decides to delist any extras.

A quick count looks like right on 100 players to draft. 5 of us have the minimum 5 picks, so will drop out then after 60 picks (12 x 5), then another 40 between the other 7. Looks like you have 0 picks in total.

Our list of coaches for 2021, with their Big Footy name (to make it easy to keep in contact with each other re: trades etc) is detailed below. After the draft, trades of players can be proposed in UF, but we have a small window available here for trades that involves players and / or draft picks (current year only this year please, as I'm still learning). One trade has happened between BOG BRWB and Deadly Dunkleys already. This small window will close an hour before draft commences on Friday.

Well the season is over for 2021 and Northern Dogs were premiers on the day. I thought Zim's team, Lolern Bullfrogs, looked stronger but I was luckier on the day.
Thanks to all for playing and hope to see you all back next year for another crack. We'll use this thread for updates etc and to agree on trades / pick swaps and such before the league is activated prior to start of 2022. Remember the draft order will be from bottom to first and we'll have a minimum of 5 picks each after we all nominate our keepers. (subject to majority coaches agreement).

Happy New Year Everyone. Hope that you're all returning for another crack at the premiership as this league will be reinstated in early February when available on Ultimate Footy.
Looking forward to another year and hopefully not too covid affected.

League has now been reactivated for 2022. Could all returning coaches rejoin asap and nominate 35 or less keepers from their squad that they wish to retain for this year. Draft for remaining players will be in reverse ladder order from last year and we'll confirm date and time once all rejoin.
