For those out there doing uni, how did you go?

As for me, I did shit, but I expected to. Two Ds (though I am going to appeal one of them that I KNOW was marked wrong), and two Bs (one that wasnt expected, and was a bit of a pleasant surprise, the other was expected and I'm a little disappointed I didnt get an A for it)
.

Was my worst semester at uni by a fair way, but I has given me the necessary motivation for next year. I have already commenced studying the two law subjects I have first semester next year using this years lectures and notes and am determined I will ace both of them.

At least you got into law man. Thats an achievment in itself.:thumbsu:

Torts 2nd semester - Distinction
Corporations law - Distinction
Trusts - Credit
Advanced tax law - Distinction

This was my 4th year and am quite happy with the results. The first three years I was mainly studying business subjects, but after the end of the 3rd all I had left to do was law.

I always hated doing the law subjects in the first 3 years and was quite daunted by the prospect of entering 4th year where I would have 8 law subjects and nothing else. Ended up with 5 Ds 2 Cs and 1 P, which was kind of surprising as I thought i'd struggle to get above a credit for most.

Bloody law faculty marks law too harshly though. I could get HDs at ease for quite a few of the subjects from my commerce side, but seems pointless to even try to get one for law. I mean, that might involve actually reading all the cases and keeping up to date, fat chance.:p

Advanced Financial Accounting - Distinction
Advanced Management Accounting - Pass
Computerised Accounting Systems -Credit
Auditing - Distinction
Corporate Law - Credit

And I'm done. No rest for the wicked though...straight into CPA studies... :(

Legal Ethics- 85 - High Distinction
Land Law- 70- Distinction
Broadcast Journalism- 75?- Distinction
Australian History subject- 85- High Distinction

My law subjects were really kind this semester, with nice little group assignments and a trust accounting exercise (with definate right and wrong answers) so I basically went in with 30 full marks and a lot of room to lose marks.

Year 3 of my degree out of 5 years so an easy semester was very welcome :thumbsu:

Enjoy the long summer break. Woo hoo

Government 1B (boring as bat shit!)- Credit (any mark would have please me, terrible unit)

Was apart of Bachelor of Science but next year will be interesting, as Im changing to Natural Wilderness and Environmental Studies and it has hell of a lot more interesting units.

Yep, I wasn't a big fan of his either.
