The one that is the biggest laugh is believing that Joe was perfectly fine, still sharp as a tack. I mean, how indoctrinated, or straight up stupid, would you need to be to not notice how far he'd declined.

Even if they didn’t believe it, this is what Trump’s enemies were selling to them.

They sold it for three and a half years until, by chance, a debate showed what any sane person knew to be true — that a complete and utter vegetable was in charge of the free world.

And yet, STILL no curiosity or questions about the sources that sold this complete lie to them.
 
Nothing to see here. More people voted for the Senate race, than the presidential race. Why would someone not vote on the Presidential Candidate and only vote for the Senate candidate?
I suspect if the presidential race was closer in those states some mysterious votes would appear at 3:30am. ;)

As far as I can see this is the bill after the one i am talking about. The one I am talking about was back in Feb as this one looks like May. Im just focused on the one in Feb where it was going to pass into existence as a bipartisan bill but until the republicans got a sudden change of heart after Trump got wind of it and killed it.

Its fine if you want to run around playing 'dems bad, republicans the angels of god, we won the election, hahaha' narratives, but at least acknowledge a fact. It is well known and acknowledged Trump killed this bill and its fact. Yet we seem focused on every other bill.

Im not acknowledging the dems didnt screw up the border. In fact I stated that I can see why Biden allowed for more leniency for asylum seekers but the timing was entirely screwed up with covid and people gamed the system.

I dont think currently citizens of South or Central America have a claim for asylum. The same way asian countries dont really have a claim for asylum anymore. War zones, sure, corrupt governments deliberatly starving citizens in Africa, killing them and driving them off their land, sure. But everywhere else.

Excellent. This is long overdue. Hopefully this means more to come. Child welfare agencies are their to protect kids and they didnt do it. Some parents have some explaining to do on this issue. I also question whether doctors who performed these surgeries should be in jail.

I'd be far more concerned with the party that let it happen on their watch because they thought it was worth votes

Reports of rampant racism occurring in the USA now with immigrants being approached in supermarkets and being laughed at and told they are going to be deported soon.

In other news an immigrant family who crowed about voting for Trump and is bragging about the impending upcoming mass deportation, they have just realised they have ****ed over their sons family including his grandkids because their daughter in law is undocumented. Now they are devastated.

An immigrant man is really happy he voted for Trump and isnt worried about anyone he knows being deported even though he knows several undocumented relatives and he goes onto explain that its because they are all family people and according to him Trump wont deport people with families.

This is nothing to be laughed at but its important to talk about these stories because we all should stay grounded and understand the real world costs of decisions.
 
Trump has said day one he would end Birth Right citizenship by executive order.

Its in the constitution and is protected. But, would anyone be surprised if Trump himself is being guided by the supreme court themselves. Clarence Thomas gave Cannon the information she needed to dismiss the documents case in Florida and Thomas was the mastermind who ended Roe V Wade for Trump. So anyone banking on birth right citizenship remaining in its current form is sorely mistaken. Trump wouldnt say it if he doesnt have the advice.

So what does it mean, its likely the supreme court will determine that any child born in the USA by undocumented illegal immigrants will be determined to be not a legal citizen. Its unclear on whether both parents have to be illegal or just one for this to apply. But I suspect that it will be the mother. If the mother is illegal so is the child regardless of birth status.

Sounds fair on the surface. You dont want illegals gaming the system.

What I think will interesting if this becomes law will be where the line in the sand is drawn. Will it be as of now, anyone born in the USA now is no longer a citizen as of 2025 or will it be a horror show for anyone born in the USA by illegals as of all time.

This is going to put a highly traumatic spin on things. This has to be carefully thought through.
