You literally just laughed because my family and friends who do have skin in the game get screwed if he does what he plans on doing. What kind of person does that.

You have to play against the Lions.I don’t know what that means, are you rejecting me?
No they didn't.It would be overturned in the Supreme Court, they ruled it a state issue. Try and catch up.

No they didn't.
They ruled the constitution right to privacy doesn't extend to a right to abortion. There was no ruling on federal or state powers as to the regulation of abortion. Federal legislation already regulates health care so why wouldn't they be able to legislate on this topic?
no it wont! if you think that I have some bridge you might want to buy!
Dobbs v. Jacksonno it wont! if you think that I have some bridge you might want to buy!

'Federal legislature ' is right there.Dobbs v. Jackson
Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, 597 U.S. 215 (2022), is a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the court held that the Constitution of the United States does not confer a right to abortion. The court's decision overruled both Roe v. Wade (1973) and Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992), returning to the federal and state legislatures the power to regulate any aspect of abortion not protected by federal statutory law.
Where is it?
It would be overturned in the Supreme Court, they ruled it a state issue. Try and catch up.
Meaning Congress needs to vote on it to make it law.'Federal legislature ' is right there.
Um yes?Meaning Congress needs to vote on it to make it law.
Trump has continually said he would not support or sign any type of legislation into law. He has said many a time on the campaign that it is a state issue in his opinion.Just so I can remember this going forward, everyone who is arguing that it's a state issue and not a Federal one, would then be completely opposed to either side trying to introduce any type of Federal abortion bill in the US?

The Dems are the ones that ran on the issue.
Trump's never said that as fair as I can see. JD Vance said that.Trump has continually said he would not support or sign any type of legislation into law. He has said many a time on the campaign that it is a state issue in his opinion.
