I said leftist, which they are. Not sure why you feel the need to straw man that out to 'far left pinko socialists'.
You implied that their leftist orientation was such that they couldn't be a reliable source.

I clarified that they are gasp not too far left of centre at all and have a rating of high for factual reporting.

Read it for yourself. Do you see what I see?

Ok, so for brevity say I accept that their figures are wrong.

Whats the correct figure?

According to Media Bias Fact check which the Columbia Journalism Review described as "armchair media analysis" and their assessments as subjective, leaving room for human biases.

The correct figure is unknown but it's certainly nowhere near what they have speculated. Their figure is based on some faulty assumptions which are glaringly obvious after just a cursory examination of the document I posted. Took me less than a minute to spot the main problem with it.

It's hard not to feel a bit of pity for people who got sucked in twice by a conman.
The top 20% do very well under Trump's tax plans for example, the bottom 80% worse off compared to the Dems tax plans

Thats of course exclusing the massive cost of living increase a trade war with China will underpin. So many reports that Trump voters had no idea how tariffs work. No wonder he "loves the uneducated". Easier to manipulate.

Well for a start they rated the AIC high for factual reporting and after reading only one report from that body, which is seriously flawed, I think they should reconsider that rating.
This is still you just going nuh-uh on the specific issue we're discussing, coz (partisan) reasons.

Come on, a non AIC example of a rating of theirs thats obviously wrong. Probably stick with left-right orientation for simplicity.

Nothing to do with partisanship. It's pretty clear you figured out what the glaring error was in their report otherwise you wouldn't have put forward the other estimate of $20 billion per year. Where was that from BTW? I'll have a good look at it.

TBH I didn't have much of a problem with their bias rating for the AIC. The credibility rating on the other hand looks just plain wrong.
