The 2024 US presidential election is on Tuesday, 5 November 2024. The winner will serve a term of four years in the White House, starting in January 2025.

At the moment all they have to go on is the testimony of a convicted sex trafficker, made as part of a plea bargain (and other circumstantial evidence that links him to the offending).

While that testimony could very well be true, as a Lawyer IRL, I can assure you that this is not enough for the Cops to lay a charge, let alone secure a conviction.

Not enough to establish guilt yet, but at a bare minimum it looks extremely dodgy, and the testimony lines up with a lot of other evidence that points to wrongdoing.

Barring the girls coming forward and testifying (and if they exist, they've been paid a ton of money to keep quiet by now), in the face of his denials, there just isn't enough to charge him.

The sad reality of these things is the Cops usually don't charge until they have a significant amount of hard evidence (multiple women coming forward, like with Cosby or Epstein) because securing a conviction on sex offending is extremely hard.

Just had a quick look and didn't see any great examples but it's a pretty poor excuse in any case. "I'm only doing it cos they did."

I also know I wouldn't let any of my kids near Biden just to be safe. Not alleging he's a pedo but I've seen too many videos of him sniffing kids' hair and acting otherwise inappropriately towards them IN PUBLIC. The comments purported to have been made by his daughter about showering arrangements in the Biden household also don't inspire much condfidence.

That article just says that Senator Dorworth has filed for defamation against the Girls and Greenberg:

Here are the allegations:

So, there are several witnesses, who corroborate each other's version of events, with specifics (including the use of Venmo to pay, which is very specific so lends credibility), opposed by one of the people accused filing a defamation suit against the witnesses.

Why would Greenberg throw his good mate, and fellow Republican under the bus like that? Why would several girls corroborate his story, if indeed he was just lying to get a reduced sentence?
