A little more context might help. The question he was asked was if he ruled out military or economic coercion in relation to Greenland and the Panama Canal. To which he said no.

This journalist says to Trump "You said you were considering military force to acquire Panama and Greenland .." and Trump confirms but denies he will use military force to acquire Canada.
