Even though very few of us know the players in our clubs on a personal level, I recall how we felt 10 years ago when news filtered through about players missing after the bombs went off at the Sari club. I know how many of you would be feeling at this point in time and wouldn't wish it on any one.

Crazy as only last night I watched a video on youtube with Port's Best and Fairest and McCarthy was interviewed along with his partner. This seriously makes me sick as he was so young and only now he got a real crack at playing football at the highest level and now he's gone.
