And I’ll repeat what I said last year, we should have used our two first rounders in the draft instead of getting a middle aged player looking for a retirement package.

Based on one of their good games this year they will play? The Eagles have no ruck or backline once McGovern calls it, most of their youth are hopeless...all we need is the bottom 4 out of the side (Banfield, Erasmus, Voss, Walker) today replaced by Darcy, Young, Walters and Fyfe and another coach with a different game plan.

The VFL has started this weekend and the WAFL are dicking about with practice games for a fortnight longer, so our depth isn't being tested under the same conditions as almost all other AFL clubs. Both WA teams disadvantaged by an own goal from an arrogant organisation

Looked like JL was trying some different things with the mids to spark up the forward line , but when you’ve got the likes of Banfield and Voss down there it’s like having an anchor round your neck .

I’m sure they are top blokes but they can be champs in the WAFL

Seems like a really good dude but he's bringing up his ton next week and I'm not sure how many other clubs he'd have played 100+ games at. He is a modern day Daniel Gilmore, except Gilmore only played 43 games.
