Yep, was a tossup for me. I just felt like Beams may drop back down to his 50s or 60s he was producing earlier in the year. Good call on your part.

quite happy i picked up medhurst over brown and brennan. now i just need harvey and rob murphy to do horribly as they were my other considered options for gia.

I have Grimes as emergency for Broughton Thought Broughton would tear it up in defence against Carlton.. Hope he is a late change.
Also had Foley who went down with an injury. I was very happy with him up till now. Although it looks like he will be back next week cause he did play some after his injury. Not really a vent as he is a great player, but more a whinge because this week was bad enough with Cox/Pav.

Just when you thought Buddy couldn't get any f***ing worse.
He has to be taking the piss now surely. How the f*** can he go from being the no.1 forward in the game last year to a complete spud that can't even take a f***ing simple mark. Unfortunately I can't afford to trade him so I'm probably stuck with him for the rest of the year, seriously thinking about starting Ballantyne ahead of him next week though.
Also pissed off about Foley getting injured too, although you can't really blame him for that.

I'm hoping he just keeps playing through the pain then. Would really hate to lose him for a couple of weeks during this very important eliminator time, especially with Pav and Cox out too. Will probably trade him if it is for more than two weeks. Ofcourse that depends on a few factors, but we'll see.

Seems to be tradition for me to get in a Geelong forward only for them to be a late withdrawal. Happened last year with Chapman too.
