Pretty much everyone played well which is great as we should consider rotating half the team for the next afl match.

Bellchambers, Gleeson, Stewart, Mutch, j.merrett, Myers, bird, Langford, hocking, Howlett, McKernan, Dea should all be in contention for next week.

Well that was a bloody great day at Windy Hill.

hopefully a sign of things to come on Tuesday.

I wished Hooker and Watson the best of luck for Tuesday so that probably means we will win.

I also kicked a miraculous goal from the Alan Hird Stand pocket at half time.

Okay, that was completely dominant and we didn't get out of 3rd gear. Great win by the boys. Player by player:

#2 Tom Bellchambers: Utterly dominant in the ruck, probably won 45 hitouts. 5 goals is a handy return as well.

#8 Martin Gleeson: Was excellent at cutting off attacks and moving them forward the few times it went down his end.

#16 Josh Begley: Good signs. Has a very strong body which I like.

#17 James Stewart: Overall a good performance. Good hands, kicked 3 but he could have torn them apart.

#19 Kobe Mutch: Didn't do Mutch wrong, I think his left is better than his right going off today. Very smart footballer, knows where the release point will be.

#20 Jackson Merrett: Another "meh" game. Did some nice things

#23 David Myers: Was awesome. Get him in vs Melbourne.

#27 Mason Redman: Basically a more aggressive Monfries right now, needs to clean up his decision making.

#30 Kyle Langford: Showed his class today

#36 Michael Hartley: Beat his man and was willing to pull the trigger on 45 metre kicks into the corridor which I like.

#37 Dylan Clarke: Showed good signs but I think it'll be a development year in the VFL.

#38 Sam Draper: See above. Soft hands at the ruck which I like.

#39 Heath Hocking: Bossed it

#40 Ben Howlett: Bossed it

#44 Shaun McKernan: Moved well. Really good to see him dominate his direct opponent

#49 Matthew Dea: Destroyed the $500k man whilst providing good rebound from defence.

Sam wasnt good.
He was fine. Not sure what game you were watching, but a teenage ruckman doesn't usually dominate the state leagues.
