country football is shit from that area i played 5 games in the central highlands league worst standard ever and i play in melbourne our leagues shit all over any country leagues and the players that come from them

How wrong you are mate. I am a city person and have been following vic metro & vic country for the past couple of years at u/15, u/16 & u/18 and these country boys are certainly teaching our city boys a lesson.

You obviously didn't go and watch any of the football (VM v VC) and the weekend.

Theres 2 guns from Bendigo who made the country squad
Haydn Smith and Ben Saliba.
One is very tall while the other is very very skillfull and quick
any1 herd of them...

Yeah absolute freak, play along side him for Diamond Valley, not very quick but reads the play very well and is a very good in and under player. Strong pair of hands and very skillful. I'm 99% sure he made the Vic Country side.
