News Voss contract not renewed

I was asked yesterday by an old work colleague my thoughts on Vossy
Putting pen to paper ( actually fingers on keyboard ) I replied

Getting rid of Vossy is a bigger mistake than recruiting Fev !!

If they’re consistently losing… players not playing for him, then yes get rid of him

But and it’s a big BUT….. they were at times playing some damn good football and were playing for him !!

With the third youngest list in the league you're going to get some bad losses….

And yes the Chairman is a Dill ….. knob is another word that comes to mind !!

And when Roos is not coaching them next year, he’s going to look a bigger fool

Brilliant article.

May they all hang their heads in shame.

The way our Club has been reduced to what it is today ,in less than 10 years ,by blatant mismanagement is just criminal.

Guess the only thing good about it is, that everyone knows how awesome and special Vossy is.

My hope is someone special will come and save it.

One thing I have been wondering about since this started is: Did the board decide not to renew Voss's contract even though he was meeting the agreed KPIs?

Voss just indicated that he was on target to meet them.

Now I feel even sicker.

Big difference.

One of those you mentioned was well and truly at the end of his career and had little left to give (which was proven with his output at the Swans)

The other is Michael Voss.

Notwithstanding Braddy was a great player for the club over many years but.............he held the club to ransom on more than one occasion and cried wolf once too often, in the end it didn't end well for either party and Voss did put his hand up, at the time I had no problem with it.
