He got all his kicks on Glass.

Two goals in the first.

One in the third.

Two in the last.

Kept us in the game in the first with two long range bombs, they junk time goals?

Definitely kicked the last on Schofield. Thought there was one other as well.

(Having said that, I thought Schofield did a fine job and put him in my votes).

First goal I will give you

Second goal was from a soft free from the umpire, should have been play on (also on glass)

The one in the third was a seagull over the top... had done stuff all up until then in that qtr

Two in the last were when it was all over ie junk time (on glass)

He went missing in 2nd and 3rd quarter when the game was hard. Thought schoey did a great job on him

Yeh just before the siren when the game was well and truly over, which means nothing. When it was there to be won schoey beat him well and truly

5 - Schofield (Pretty sure he just had the one kicked on him by Pav in the last, also he ran up forward and kicked a goal, and hit the post too with another great effort)
4 - Swift (@ $101 to win the medal, he was worthy of a few bucks, if only the Eagles got up, I could've made a bit, showed a lot, very creative in traffic and took the game on, unlike our other mids)
3 - Ebert (Racked up the ball, and didn't go unnoticed by the guys awarding the Rosco
2 - S.Selwood (Best game he played in a long time)
1 - Hams (Hard at it, good kick, unlucky to not bag a couple of goals)

HM: McGinnity for doing a great job on Ballantyne

The VAST majority of footy journalists have very little knowledge about footy at all..........One of the many reasons I rarely watch the numerous Football shows, or read the papers.

While i certainly agree wait for the asshats to come out and say that the journalists and coaches must know everything as they get paid for their efforts ;)

Interesting to see that Ebert was listed best afield by the coaches, with 7 votes.

Barlow only got 3 and was 4th or 5th on the list, behind Pav and Sandi.

Coaches look for different things such as structure, and role within the team, but still interesting none the less.

Coaches have more of an agenda than journalists. Have a look at the votes in the Geelong v Carlton game last week.
