+1 also

Pondered it overnight and sticking with my initial thoughts. A lot of guys were stiff not to be in there.

Really excited about Lmac's change of roll. Wasn't just what he did but more the confidence and ferocity with which he did it.

Can someone give me a quick lowdown on Luke McDonald's game yesterday? What was the change of role? Was out of town and only saw highlights.

3- Waite
2- Cunnington
1- Thompson

Really tough one this week.

3. Waite
2. Cunners
1. Wood

So many winners across the ground. It's been awhile since we had multiple forwards who were racking up 20 possessions a game. Backs were good, mids were hard early and broke even at the last.

3. J.Waite
2. S. Higgins
1. L.McDonald

Katrillion winners throughout for North. Special mention to Sam Gibson for his trap game on the dangerous Rory Sloane and the courageous Kayne Turner.

3 Waite
2 McDonald
1 Cunnington
Great to see a game live, was expecting a loss. was happy we kicked a couple of early goals, then it was wtf? is this happening?
Waite fantastic,Thomas could do worse than watch Waite who sometimes crumbs off Brown instead if trying to take a hanger.
Luke awesome around the contest, and worked his way through congestion well.
Cunners back to his best
Defensive unit worked well, always had Thompson or Tarrant etc as an extra at the back

AFLCA gave:

3-Waite
2-Cunnington
1-Gibson

Which matches my top 3 but that's shaded by TT getting the top 3 in order.

Feel free to call us Coach Corey and Coach Toes.

I'm going to try not to count those particular votes.

You'll have to call me Coach Fer as well

3 - Waite
2 - Cunners
1 - Gibbo

Lmac is very unlucky, he was great, but Gibbo's performance was as much a match winner as the other two vote winners. If he'd been able to beat Cunners to that first goal of the game he might have got 2 votes.

A magnificent win on the weekend and some standout players as well. 10 players got votes this week, but 5 of them only had one person voting for them. So those other five players definitely stood out.

"Shut up and tell us who they were ya campaigner!" people are saying. Here we go:

W80 - 173 votes and the stand out BOG according to BF and just about everyone else on earth.
LMac - 113 votes in what many are calling his break out game. Onya Lukey.
Cunners - 55 votes and a welcome return to form after last weeks shocker.
Gibbo and Woody - 21 votes each and tied for the last votes. Wood also starting to really assert his authority and Gibbo shutting down the best mid in the comp while getting 14 Contested possies himself.
Higgo and Goldy - 2 votes each.
Taz, Hunter and Froggy - 1 vote each.

So:

5 - Jarrad Waite
4 - Luke McDonald
3 - Ben Cunnington
2 - Sam Gibson
2 - Mason Wood
