Fully agree with this. I'm a huge beard advocate and think they are severely underated.
I am currently sporting one like Walker's and was just asked by the missus to get rid of it only this afternoon. Considering I have recently quit smoking for her I thought I was well within my rights to tell her to "get the **** out". And I did. Great success

Pretty sure according to Jamo's Junk that 3 of them are having a beard-off, Walker, Bower and Fisher. Personally I prefer Walker with more hair on his head and zero on his face. Makes him far better looking

The hair gives Walker Samson like strength.
Therefore growing a beard holds his troublesome shoulder together.
Worked with Fisher's knee too.
Bower is obviously trying it out as well after having soft tissue and leg injuries in the last 12 months.
The co-host on Jamo's Junk should campaign for Jamison and Armfield to grow facial hair so they don't break down again.

My boss (not the missus, she loves it) kicked up a stink about mine so I got my doc to write me a little note saying I have a skin condition which prevents me from shaving regularly

Watching Andrew's post match interview on the CFC website and apparently the beard off seems to be between just him and Bower.
Great to see his shoulder doesn't worry him anymore after hearing him say that the way he fell on it when he broke his collarbone would have resulted in dislocation before the surgery. Fantastic to hear that he no longer considers it a problem he needs to overcome. Onwards and upwards for him now
