I wonder if TW will write a book when it's all over. it gives me no pleasure at all that things havent turned out, I wish he had of won 3 or 4 flags along the journey but alas, we've had a rough trot
what I'd really like to learn is where does he believe it all went wrong...and dont ****en well ambush me with we kept kellaway and gaspar et al whilst they were all still contracted, to my eternal surprise froars answered that hogwash with clinical precision...as in be left with the likes of Billy Nichols to build a side around.
I'd like TW to tell the story, where it all fell off the rails...how his Geelong style blueprint became little more than a montage of drafting blunders that still has us behind the pacesetters.
the irony of all this vitriol squared at the TW era , is that in 6-12 mths time when the football world is beating the door down to land one the hottest coaching jobs in AFL circles , they will then be crediting TW for the platform of emerging talent that was built and the shit he endured over the journey in developing it...
