It was systemic. What steps did Hamas take to prevent it? What actions are they taking to punish perpetrators? What systems are they putting in place to prevent further occurances? None, they are just denying and running cover while there is evidence of more sexual assaults occurring to the hostages they hold.

I think you mean you're not convinced it was an order from the top, which I probably agree with. But it was systemic.

I meant 'systematic' actually.

Maybe new UK PM can help. He is a member of friends of palestine group, and friends of Israel.
Or perhaps not, he was more important things to focus on, his own people.

Gaza school hit in deadly Israeli strike as ceasefire talks continue

At least 16 people have been killed in an Israeli strike on a school sheltering displaced Palestinian families in central Gaza, the Palestinian health ministry says.

The attack came after Hamas said it had accepted a US proposal to begin talks on releasing Israeli hostages.

The Israeli military says it's looking into the incident.

Over 11% of Hamas rockets launched at Israel have murdered Gazan civilians. So 2000+ failed rockets landing in Gazan civilian areas.

We've seen the devastation one failed rocket caused outside a hospital. And the only reason we knew about that one was because Al-Jazeera streamed it live by mistake.

Of the 16 people killed, how many were Hamas militants?

All of the numbers here are ridiculously made up.

There was no conclusive finding of the al-Ahli explosion - the Al Jazeera video was of a projectile fired from Israel, and fell in Israel.

You are sharing a lot of misinfo here.

A misfired rocket was decided to be 'the most likely scenarion' - this was back when no one believed Israel would strike a hospital. 4 days before the strike Israel ordered all northern hospitals to be evacuated. Since then they have destoryed 21 hospitals and damaged 13 others - there are no hospitals still fucntioning in northern Gaza.

Almost certainly wasn't an Israeli airstrike and was overwhelmingly determined to be more consistent with a Palestinian rocket by every investigation I have read. The highest casualty count of any single explosion in the war if the Hamas ministry of health are to be believed... Imagine if Hamas were not a bunch of terrorist idiots.

The Al Ahli massacre was just one of 2000 plus rockets that struck in Gaza - fired by Hamas/PIJ. You might want to take a look at the internal PIJ / Hamas documents. The gist is pretty much who cares if we murder some Gazans - we will just attribute blame to Israel.

The only reason this one is so well known is that Al-Jazeera filmed it and initially the Gazan health ministry claimed 1000 to be killed plus the hospital was levelled.

This rhetoric changed when it became obvious beyond reasonable doubt that Israel wasn't behind the massacre. But as I said that was 1 out of 2000 plus such strikes.

Go back and read my post again - it clearly didnt' sink in.

Try reading the Forensic Architecture anaylsis -it's really quite good.

Imagine if Israel were not a bunch of terrorist idiots. Very constructive.

Firstly, imagine if Hamas didn't launch unprovoked terror attacks. This was another one by Hamas.

As for the article, pretty clear it's not written by a neutral party. I always find Ah Ahli a good barometer of neutrality on the Gaza war. Those that accept Hamas propaganda on this generally go down the but what about all the other air strikes path or quote a whole host of biased sources. Such an individual probably does not want to accept the fact that the Gazan ministry of health published false fatality figures initially when they / Hamas actually thought it was caused by an IDF air strike.

The reality though is that there is absolutely no evidence of any IDF munitions at all at ground zero. Infact all damage was confined to a small area.

This video is pretty conclusive (4 cameras, 2 in Israel facing south, Al Jazeera news feed and local resident):

It is beyond doubt this massacre was indicted upon the people of Gaza by Hamas / PIJ. And for me anyone who's truly concerned for Gazans would be asking what else Hamas are bullshitting about in the war.

Speaking of murdered civilians. This doesn't seem great.

This also doesn't seem great.

Five days after Hamas accepted a key part of the plan, two officials from the Palestinian militant group said the group was awaiting Israel's response to its latest proposal.

Hamas has dropped a key demand that Israel first commit to a permanent ceasefire before it would sign an agreement. Instead, it said it would allow negotiations to achieve that throughout the six-week first phase, a Hamas source told Reuters on Saturday on condition of anonymity.

Netanyahu said he insisted the deal must not prevent Israel from resuming fighting until its war objectives are met.

Ok, so the zionists don’t believe the hamas numbers. Lets instead refer to The Lancet’s estimation….

That estimate uses the Hamas numbers.

What have you been told about reading past the headline?

Yep the terms for the 'ceasefire':

This genocide will continue as long as Bibi thinks its useful for him. Word from sources in Israel is he is doing everything he can to sabotage any ceasefire agreement.

Please read what I'm telling you - the Al Jazeera footage is not of this projectile. Read the AP article I linked you.

The causalty numbers were hugely inflated, and the damage was not consistent with Israeli munitions. I don't know why there was such outrage that Israel was accused, as they have since bombed 40,000+ people into small pieces, including in many other hospitals. It's not some crazy taboo for ISrael to kill people in a hopsital, not anymore.

In terms of 'massacres' this one does not even register.

Nothing Hamas does is unprovoked.
