anyone who comes across this website do not join it. i made $1500 in deposits. lost 500 in toal and have been trying to withdraw $1000....now when i go to withdraw, they reject my bank details before i am even able to click the button to withdraw, i went through this form with my bank on the phone at the same time and everything was correct in detail. so i tried a withdrawal to a visa card, 2-4 days is the withdrawal time, day 5 no money, i get them on the live chat, shortly after i ask the question they say please wait a moment. after a couple of minutes they close the chat session. i get them back on again, and they say can we contact you later to investigate, i asked why so long? they reply instantly with i have spoken to the area involved and that your bank account rejected your withdrawal....BULL SHIT. then they say within a few minutes we will return the money to your account so you can try another withdrawal method. 40 minutes later, still no money available at all.

after all these problems i have found some info on the SBR forum and this company is ****ed......what the hell will i do? in between the wire transfer and visa attempt, i tried one of the wallet transfers, allow 2 days, 4 days later NOTHING.....you get my point i have been ripped off big time.....also note that after they have said they will put the money back in my account, i am unable to chat to support with them, only 5-10 minutes after i last spoke to them that happened.

DO NOT JOIN BETWAY
 
Sounds pretty ****ed mate. Try getting them on the phone. If you can't do that, then you probably need to report them to someone (not sure who the proper authority is) and let someone else handle it.

yeh im going to wait till tonight to try chat to them again cause of the time difference.....will update what happens, i want my money back and this company taken down

Have you filled out a complaint form at SBR? Lou and Sam at SBR will get your money back for you

i joined them today but giving it another go when i talk to betway tonight, if no solution or complete transaction etc can be put in place i will speak to SBR. I will talk to the anyway and get the betway rating from D to F

thats only when you get a deposit bonus with promotions etc....which i did and turned over many times

UPDATE: got them on chat, has been 7 hours since i last spoke to them when they said they would return the money to my account to try another withdraw method. 7 hours still no money. i asked all over again about my money and what was said in an earlier chat. the response was "i will invite you to wait until you see the money in your account, this kind of process takes time" funny that when last time they screwed up it was back in within 5 minutes and then the person earlier today said within a few minutes!!!! i complained about this comment of course and in return i get " i invite you to wait im sorry" i explain again how long i have been waiting, and was told to wait while she checks with the finance department.she then comes back asking for a withdrawal ID, which they do not have, they only provide time and date in transaction history, i explain to her theres no ID. In response to that i get told "im sorry, you will have to wait till we get back to you by mail."

the end.....time to talk to SBR:mad::mad:
 
Stick with the main books (sportingbet excluded) and betfair, anyone new and unproven is risky business, remember they are holding your funds. Ul get your money back eventually but geee what a headache.
 
Just sent Lou a rather large private message informing him of whats happening, hopefully he will be able to help.

What's wrong with sportingbet? Or do you just not consider it one of the "main books"?
 
UPDATE: money is back in account, will try neteller withdrawal monday as it is 1 business day for transaction. if that does not work, you will know about it:cool:
 
UPDATE: as i closed neteller a year ago they wouldn't let me re open and i hate moneybookers! got my money back though through click and buy....the thing that sucks about this is i have to call the UK to make a withdrawal from them. if only betway got there wire transfer system working, and not telling me i dont know my own bank account details, things could be plesant.

Why the f**k anyone from Australia would join one of these agencies is beyond me ?

We've got heaps of good local corporate bookmakers (compared to o/s) plus Betfair as well.

If you want to join an o/s bookmaker, then it should be Ladbrokes/Coral/William Hill for the UK and Pinnacle for the US.

But like I said its pretty much unnecassary anyway.

Why did you join Betway anyway OP ?
