Disappointed in today but not the season

Daniels the obvious standout for Washington

Need to surround him with better options

Need to work on tackles and ST needs to understand the moment is about the team and not them

Echoing what I wrote in the gameday thread;

Hold your heads high, Commanders fans.

I'm definitely not disappointed with the season we just had. We defied ALL expectations.

Jayden Daniels is the real and undeniable deal, and this season proved we have the right coaches to take us further.

We have a stupid amount of salary cap space (third most in the NFL) and are arguably the most attractive destination for free agents amongst the teams with cap space;





Our roster has a lot of holes though, and we need upgrades at every position on the OL, at WR2/WR3, at RB, and along the DL.

The future is incredibly bright for us. Every Washington fan saw this loss coming and no one is bitterly disappointed. We were playing with house money.

Better team won

I've been telling PPL for a couple of years EAGLES team IS THE BEST in the NFC

But if you lined them up i think the only positions where we were better than the Eagles roster was Special Teams and Punter

Our offense was woeful last year and defence was abysmal - Quinn and Kingsbury and that #5 fella have improved the offense

We need to spend our cash wisely - get a tall WR2 to help Terry

The 4-2-5 defence isn't good against the run so we need to go to 4-3 and stack an agile FS or SS in the box to stop the run
buying a FS and SS and a class corner would be awesome to help our secondary

We overacheived - i didn't expect this- but now i got a taste of playoff wins i want us to come back again next year

Fair to say #5 is PRETTY SPECIAL and will be a joy to watch for the next decade

OFF SEASON ADDITIONS: Tee Higgins (Bengals WR), Zack Martin (Cowboys G as Sam Cosmi did his ACL last week) S, CB, FS, DL and Chase Young to come back to us as an EDGE RUSHER after beeing wooed by Magic Johnson and co
