Renegades have nailed their tactics . I was a criticiser of Helmut but he has proved me wrong.

In regards to Helmut, one common theme that's been said by all players in interviews when asked about him is the belief & fun his installed in the team this season

It's been about believing they can win, having fun & enjoying themselves - got to say, watching our wins, that element of fun has been a common theme amongst them

Listening to Stalenberg on the player mic on Thursday night when she was asked about Dottin - she trains when she wants but she's great to be around. That's some good coaching there to know a player of her experience understands her game enough to know that she knows what she needs to do, but she seems a great player to have around this group

I also wonder if having Dottin in the team this season has helped Matthews, as she's now got a fellow WI player alongside her, and it does seem sometimes that the internationals play better when they aren't the only one from their country

If Brisbane chase a Sixers target tomorrow, they have chase any target of the Sixers with 40 balls to spare at worst, to overtake the Renegades to overtake them and host Grand Final rights. Hard to see that happening.

If Brisbane bat first, what would the equation be or would that depend on the target?

You do think if Brisbane score 200 odd, even the Sixers could manage to get within 50 runs of that target given the form Perry is in.

Brisbanes best bet to overtake Renegades on NRR is to chase. I dont see a world where Brisbane go for it chasing 140 off 80 balls though. A wicket or 2 early will quickly shut the gates on that.

If i was guessing man, the Renegades chances of hosting the Grand Final right now is about 93%.

But this WBBL season has thrown things at us when you least expect.

Kinda need the Hurricanes to have a tight win today which can in return give the Sixers something to play for themselves with an outside chance to push for finals

so specifically Gardner? who else?

Not sure Sutherland has been in the best of form this tournament, and Brown could potentially consider herself lucky as well

JJ definitely stiff to miss selection - got to wonder who she's pissed off because surely she couldn't have done much more to push for a recall
