Thunder will be reliant on Litchfield in the prelim final. Brisbane should smash them with their squad and with the added on home advantage. But we all know sport isn't played on paper.
This is where home advantage counts in a tournament like this. And thats why I feel Brisbane is the danger to the Renegades winning on Sunday. The Gades girls dont get to play on the MCG all that much.

Unfortunately we aren’t the same team as when we had Knight in the side. I give us some hope as Brisbane’s batting is just as flaky sometimes. Get Grace early you never know

If its a batting road at AB Field (which it usually is) it favours Brisbane.
If the wicket does a bit and it becomes a low scoring slog, it gives the Thunder a chance.
Thunder are a better bowling unit for me, Heat are a better batting unit. Thats where the game will be determined.

To a degree agree so long as Sammy Jo Pies doesn't bowl at all, gosh hope we get rid of her this year been an awful buy. Need another genuine bat, as handy as Leyroyd is, under no circumstances is she more than a handy at best no7

Still got a suggestion of rain for Monday though and the weather prediction for the region has been getting worse by the day
On Monday we were meant to have a pretty good weekend with a slight chance of rain on Saturday afternoon. By yesterday that increased to about 70% chance in the afternoon & evening
Today they're updated the Saturday forecast to a 90% chance of rain with predicted falls of 6-30mm including thunderstorms & heavy falls. Sunday is as above and current slight prediction for Monday
Hopefully it's avoiding the Richmond area, but could be an interesting few days of weather forecast watching

Would be worse in Sydney so either way it was going to be a lottery when it's played. Bare in mind 5 overs make a game so surely they get that in, though a 5 over game and the Heat make it....good luck. They won't lose with their sluggers
