WC BF Dream Team League(s)

Hi all!

I've decided to make a dream team this year. It's my first year doing so I'm pretty lost, and was wondering what I should be looking for in certain players to make a good team, and what positions to focus on the most (spend the teh money).

I'll set it all up if no one else already has. Is there results from last year I should take into account? Like if someone won Div 2 last year, they should move up to Div 1 this year? Or should we just start from scratch? You know; first come, first served.

Yeah someone should make a more dedicated thread, then it might get some attention haha. My first year doing, my team is probably really bad.
