I was there yesterday and couldn’t help but admire what your club have achieved especially given what occurred late last year but your club stuck solid and adopted a ruthless attitude to compete, contest and pressure like few others. Such a great turnaround. Enjoy the premiership, I’m sure you all will. Much deserved.

It was awesome how they waited for big Ivy to sing the song and how all the boys are humble and praised the whole club when interviewed.

Always said it was a good trade for both clubs. Dion’s disposal is sometimes hit and miss but it can’t be denied the little fella can get the footy and links up well.

Dear saints supporters, please stop. You're embarrassing yourselves.

I think there is an element of luck with most premierships, but it is just a small element. To attribute our premiership entirely to luck is nonsense. The only team who finished in the eight we haven't defeated this year is Sydney ( I'm including finals games). The only other team who we haven't defeated this year were the Bulldogs. In the final series we comfortably beat all the other teams who finished in the top 4 with only GWS the only one with enough significant injuries for it to be a factor. It's bit of a stretch to suggest all of that can only be accomplished through luck.

They say a team of champions can't beat a champion team well we proved them all wrong as we have both combined.
I have never cried in my life even at my grand mums funeral but as I was watching the boys celebrate and the little kid handing out the medal to Jack and saying to him congratulations m8 your a legend i cried my eyes out.
I'm so happy to all the younger generation that got to experience this and hope they get a few more to enjoy.
To everyone on this board enjoy it as much as you can and be peaceful to your follow board regulars as this win is for all of us haters lovers and whoever you care to call.

I think part of it is because they see similarities between our season this year and the Dogs last year, so that must mean we will miss the 8...

Which I doubt because I think we will improve our list and team even furthur. NOt only that I believe the Bulldogs slide this year was mostly cultural/off field over anything else.
