From what I saw on TV large sections of the top deck looked empty last night. Can't help but think the final being on Friday night was a factor, as has been pointed out before, it's not easy for some of the folk to get up from Geelong in time for a game.
73400 is a good attendance, but not an outstanding one by any means. It would fall 5-8k short of expectations I would think.
