You have almost hit upon the real problem.
We all saw Bucks' take over and ruthlessly remove all of the players who were not prepared to kiss his arse.
It is my belief that most of the injuries at Collingwood are a direct result of the contorted physical position the guys have to get into to kiss Nafan's arse with Eddie chock-a-block up it.
