weird parking fine near AAMI

So I got a fine for parking over the 2 hour limit on West Lakes Boulevard. Ok guilty as charged. Thank you Charles Sturt Council

$43 was the damage, however it then goes on to say this right under the total in bold letters

"Caution Only!"

"NO PAYMENT REQUIRED"

Everything on the ticket explains how to pay it, but I guess I don't pay it?

Yeah I'd say you can just ignore it. You could always call up the council tomorrow if you still have doubts.

Parking fines over here are in the $100 plus range.

Someone was talking about on 5AA a week or two ago. I think they have recently reduced the amount of time you are allowed to park in the bays to 2 hours. It appears that they are applying common sense and allowing a grace period to inform people of the changes before they start booking people.
