Actually Phil Davis…now retired from Giants but he and Paddy would have been drafted around the same time for the Crows.

I responded it was Tommy Stewart because it is Tommy Stewart

The captain & vice captain, along with their families went on holidays together to the Sunshine Coast - that's unless you think Phil Davis went on holidays with Dangerfield & his family, plus Stewart's wife & his kids instead of him

They had to recast the actor for Tom Stewart, Dan Hardsmith, who played Tom Stewart for 8 seasons, is trying his luck like so many other Australian actors before him for a career in Hollywood. There is talk that he has secured a minor role in the next Dr Strange movie. John Allen, who was formally cast as the the GWS captain Phil Davis is taking over the role. John is seen as person who could provide the appropriate level of gravitas to keep the spirit of the role.

When approached for comment, John had this to say about Dan, "What Dan has achieved in the role of Tom Stewart, has inspired a generation of young Australians, it is a privilege to be called up to try to keep, the show going in what ever way I can, we're all looking forward to seeing what Dan can achieve over there, it won't take him long to take the world by storm"
 
Phil Davis was also 6ft'6 tall but having said that, Dangerfield is listed at 189cm and Stewart 190cm . . . due to the perceived angles, he appears much taller.

I've got no idea who it is. And as far as the angle / depth perception goes. Stewart should actually look shorter than danger due to being a bit behind him.

Maybe Stewart hit the loo and davis was there :)
Having said that, pretty sure Stewart wouldn't like his wife having her arm around davis. ha ha

If Dangerfield took another step forward though, Stewart would in turn look 3 inches taller in that family photo.
