congrats on the win.........
i've got a soft spot for the doggies as my best mate plays for them and that's really the reason for the post. spoke to him about an hour ago and he was as normal as ever, he spoke about how happy he was to see all the people around the club enjoy some success but he ( and another doggies player that lives with him & his wife) we're happy but like i said as normal as any other time i speak with him.

but as fans, you should celebrate, don't let any flog tell you it's only nab cup etc..... it's still a successful campaign, the club set themselves to win it and they did.

anyway thought i'd share with you all.

Game was played at a level equivalent to H&A game, and you made them look slow.

You can see the benefit of hall already. Not just because of the 7 goals but because in situations where you have previously felt blocked and have had to move the ball around before entering the 50, you now have the ability to just bang it in there.

Makes your attack a lot quicker.

Well done to the club for a great preseason. We can hit the season full of confidence.

Very pleased that the celebrations were very low key. The players posed for the regulation photo opportunities but there was very little 'high-fiving' and pats on the back. Seems the boys are very focused on the real season and they have bigger fish to fry.

Let's face it, the Bulldogs haven't had a lot to celebrate during their time in the VFL/AFL. So when they do win a night or day GF, you certainly can't begrudge them the victory.

I'm reminded of the Simpsons episode where Ralph Wiggum "beat the smart kids" and won the school's diorama competition.
Hope the Bulldogs can pull off the double (I've tipped you for the flag, because, let's not beat around the bush, we are Buckley's for the flag) and hopefully they won't bend their Wookie in the PF.

On that note, the Mrs. barracks for St Kilda, so I was cheering on the Doggies last night to shit her.

But yes, was complementary.
Just saying that with Melbourne no chance to win the flag, I'd be happy to see the Dogs win it, as opposed to the likes of Collingwood, Geelong or Hawthorn winning the flag.

Great to see you win the NAB cup. I've always liked the Bulldog spirit and have many close bulldogs supporters. As a kid I watched more Bulldog games than Dons because my cousin lived near the Whitten Oval. I really hope you can cap it off with a big win in September. They don't come easy and no one deserves to win a Flag but jeez, I hope you can win it this year. All the Best.
