I'll put up a cricket themed game in a week or two.

Bowling quartets as the factions.

McGrath, Gillespie, Lee, Warne
Cummins, Starc, Hazlewood, Lyon.

Batsmen for the village roles. Umpire as neutral.

Huge shame for PG running their first(?) game. Sorry that happened Proper Gander - hopefully it doesn't fully disuade you from playing/modding again in future.

Just going off what's in the thread (no dead PM) so I might be missing some info but going to say this anyway as it's based on other recent games as well...
Everyone will focus on the melt (fair enough) but I also think Wick has a fair point about the personal attacks. Seemingly other people feel the same as several have left the tag list - I think it's a bit of an issue lately and maybe some reflection on whether that's the type vibe we'd want, to have players involved and having fun.
People could probably be a bit better in picking their targets for the insults. For example, Essendon supporters are always fair game. Well that's a joke, but the point is I think we all know who is down for some banter and who isn't. None of us are perfect, we're all prone to the odd melt or outburst or whatever but I think it might be a good idea if we all try be a bit more discerning in how we speak to eachother. At the end of the day it's just a game and it's supposed to be fun. Some of us (myself definitely included) can take it a bit too seriously sometimes but if people don't want to play, we don't have a game at all.

I found Wickzki to always be a friendly and positive additon to the games, seems like he legit needs a break from the game (and maybe BF) but it would be a shame to lose him forever.
Same applies to Bfew and DP, who have been great contributors to the recent games and part of the kind of WW revival that has happened over the past little bit. We have lost other new (and old) players as well.

Anyway my 2c, feel free to ignore it which likely everyone will haha

I agree to some extent about the difficulty of role-play and what is banter, what is personal. Not prepared to hear that crap from Wicks who exploited his friends and attacked me with no reason.

Yeah blowing up the game isn't fair to anyone, especially the mod which takes a lot of work. Should have been handled differently 100%.
Definitely time for a break when that happens.
