is there anything more ironic than a carlton fan called key position?

You celebrate these 2 small moments like you won the Premiership. Sorry to upset you, but Naitanui will never be a good footballer. Anyone can have a good moment but it doesn't mean jack unless he can do it consistantly, which Nicholas can't.
Copy and pasted from the start of Cox's career?
You expect a player in his first year, let alone a ruckman, let alone one who was forced to burden the ruck for much of his first season, to display consistency?

Sorry mate but you'd have Nic over Cordy anyday. Nic could have put some cash into your account...handy considering the doggies cant afford rookies lol.

People who have seen him play will have no queries over such thing
Its uneducated fools like you, that appear to take pride in your own ignorance

Sorry, I've seen him play since his first year of Colts.

I know he cant kick, it's muppets and fanboi's like you who feel the need to keep your heads in the sand and hope that he'll magically figure out the games most basic skill.

Proposed adjectives for a certain Michael Newton:

Dud, Spud, Hack, Useless ****, hopeless, passenger (yes even in the Dees' side)
gangly, talentless, shithouse, shocking, embarassing, dumb, lucky (Mark of the year), disgraceful, pathetic, laughable, terrible, Joke, worthless, inept, incompetent

as a rookie JON will be on around 15k a year which is loose change for a powerhouse like west coast...wheras 15k would be enough to keep the central heating down at melbourne HQ

Rookies have a base contract of 35k before bonuses and match payments.

Yeah but we have to hear it from every other Docker supporter. Those 2 along with Mrs Palmer who is apparently the best midfielder of all time.
Hill didnt really seem to do a lot after his first couple of games.
Untruths on a interwebs footy forum.. Never:rolleyes:
Hill & Suban were more effective that Kitkat.I look forward to next season were we can expand on this little subject on who's developing into great football players and who is some dude with sideshow bob hair that can jump around and shank kicks:).... There is not doubtinh his athletic ability. He seems like a nice kid. There's just footy players and athletes...
Maybe kitkat should've played basketball.... NBA?

He doesn't just 'jump' around, he jumps very, very high - and I think that is worth hooting like a seal. :thumbsu:

You and I can go get pogo sticks and jump high as well. We could get a whole bunch of chicks to hoot at us as well.... that sounds kinda like Jerry Springer though...

Last time I checked, players weren't allowed to take pogo sticks onto the field. So what is your point exactly?

Pogo sticks make you jump high....:)
..but seriously.. I don't think anyone doubts his vertical leap is outstanding.. If they AFL was solely a jumping competition or backyard trampoline WWE, then he would be the MAN...

I've seen him play, and his kicking is disgraceful for an AFL level player.

I bet Nick's the first to contrive an injury when it gets to the footskills portion of training.

Having said that, it is difficult to get a true read on his kicking, considering that he very rarely uses the ball by foot.

lol at the rat dees supporter even comparing Glass to Fraudley.

Frawley is better than Glass, and by the end of his career, he will be remembered as a far better footballer.

Should I do it?

Okay, I will.

Bookmark it.

It's a pretty important skill though, particularly for a ruckman.

And he's shown other skills. His chasing and tackling would be better than any other ruckman in the league.

He's not confident in his kicking, but that will come.

I can see why.
