Hope I haven't missed too much as I've been without net access for about a month. I'm happy with the Fido comparison, lets just hope that I hit the ground with the same form.
Can I just say that contract negotiations are going to be pretty tough this offseason. I've had approaches from a number of interstate clubs who are interested in signing me, and its gonna take a fair few brown paper bags to keep me at the club

I should point out that although the forward pocket kicked 12 against us in the Wizard Cup SF, I'd been dragged well and truly before he got those last two!
Oh well, the black-and-whites will be all the richer for my "Me, chase? Did I mention I was on the Bulldogs rookie list ?" attitude on the weekend

West Coast Magic have enjoyed a promising start to the 2003 season, with a solid 4 goal victory over the lamentable Darkness Eternal. Ruckman Recruit Mr_Eagle starred for the Magic, with a dominant 4 goal performance.
However, an unnamed teammate commented that "Mr_Eagle is really getting up our noses with his continual bignoting of himself," and went on to say, "look, he'll be a good player for us, he just needs to learn some of the rules about team structure, like being more prepared to hand it off to some of the midfielders in front of goal, particularly Mead, who is a gun." Charismatic leader Jod23, was unavailable for coherent comment, and if truth be told, unable to remain sober at the post game bash. When queried about the team's chemistry, the team Captain was on record as saying "Showponies.. The ****ing lot of them... **** em all, they'd be nothing without me."
Rumors also abound of a rift between the West Coast interchange and starting 18, with the bench reportedly unhappy with their share of the footballing pie. Said one prominent bench player- 'There was one instance where the coach told me go on, but I couldn't find anyone prepared to leave the field- they all sprinted as far away from the runner as possible. It was the only time all day Realbuzz actually went beyond a trot."
Another significant development to come out of the day was gutsy small defender West_Coast_Stre being struck down by a mystery virus. On hearing the news, several of his teammates turned pale, and muttered something about "that bloody end of year trip to thailand," before making a general rush for the nearest VD clinic.
