A fantastic win to kick off the season for the Wonders, but it was a tight one with the mighty Wonders getting over the Fighting Furies by just 11 points.
After the match the Wonders voted on each other based on their teammates performances in activity, quality banter, and simulation statistics from that week.
The top three WONDERS for that week, as voted by the WONDERS were....
damicky - After winning last year's Wonder's Wonder of the Year award, damicky continues to be rated highly internally and another fantastic week of activity ensured he was in the top three again.
AnUltimateRessie - AnUltimateRessie scored their highest career fantasy points in the opening week and was highly regarded due to that. He also received votes for quality engagement.
DenieD - It's clear that he is kenough after that opening week, 7 goals and enough Ken role play to heal the hearts of teenage girls around the globe.

It was fantastic to be back on the park after a bye and also fantastic to get a good win against the Dragons by 21 points in Marklar_33's return game
After the match the Wonders voted on each other based on their teammates performances in activity, quality banter, and simulation statistics from that week.

damicky - For the second week in a row, damicky returns to the nominees list after another fantastic week of activity in the match thread, but it was their simulation skills that awarded them the most with a huge 130 dream team points.
MayTheNorthBeWithU - Last year's EKA continues to be a strong force in the league and MTBWU's activity was elite tier while the activity may have been strong that activity was also voted as QUALITY.
SSwans2011 - A return that everyone was hoping that would happen, happened this week as the somewhat retired SSwans pulled on the boots in fine fashion and was nominated for fantastic activity and quality activity at that. I think I speak for the whole league in saying, Welcome back SSwans.
