Yeah he played the first half and didn't return after the break. I heard the Parkside president say on the radio that he was sick during the week.

Had a quiet day, but the conditions weren't great. Also, Robbie Davis did a good job on him.

Would have been handy in the last quarter when Parkside were peppering the goals.

Like the whole side we played pretty poorly round 1 against Parkside. Its not about how i play anyways, its about the team and how the side is improving and thats whats important. Big test this week against one of the premiership favs and will give Yarra a good indicaton of where we are at at this stage in the season.

hahaha 3 opponents....is that at 1 time or over the duration of the match because your such a star......i wouldnt waste 2 players on you......

i hear after the half way mark you guys will be playing away every week......any truth to this......i know in a couple of weeks time after our nth foots game(away) we play you guys at your ground when it should be at our ground.......

Who cares about the leading goalkickers lets talk about the boys that deliver these guys the ball week in week out..Who are the best midfielders in the comp at this stage from what i have seeen richo from nth footscray is defintely 1 of the best who else?

P.Davis will lead the goalkickin at the end of they year is my opinion!

what are you his manager.......???the rams couldnt get a win with a 2 dollar scratchy......(surely they havnt won a game this year....i could b wrong)

you could be like brian waldron at the storm.......paying the players under the table......then the money runs out.......:(

whats albanvales player budget this year.......30-40k

I'm pretty sure Rockbank won round 1 by a couple of points.
 
Braybrook v vales match of the round on 88.9??? Are we serious. That's match of the round???
Deer park v nth footscray surely a better standard of div 2 footy to display on air???

Tips Round 4

North Footscray with a massive confidence boosting win last week over Parkside has really set up their season early and now will be looking to make ammends on last years prelim loss to Deer Park this week. Deer Park sit on top after 3 rounds with comfortable wins in each game but have yet to play anyone from in last years top 5 and with the devils coming off a win over last years runner up just might make another statment this week at home. North by 3 goals

Both Albanvale and Yarraville had good wins on the weekend and have set up a massive game this week. Yarraville are fit and fired up after 2 wins on the trot and are looking for their first big scalp of the season however Albanvale have made their intensions clear on what they want this year and can not afford to drop this game if they want to make those intensions a realitiy. Albanvale by 4 goals

Parkside got their first taste of defeat in 2010 and will be looking to bounce back hard this week against Coburd Districts who had a very nice win on the weekend. Always a tough trip down their at Coburg but as Deer Park proved a few weeks ago they are very beatable at home and you would expect Parkside to do the same. Parkside 8 goals

Laverton Magpies Vs North Sunshine..... .. What to expect with this game? North Sunshine just keep on going despite the odds being stacked against them each week and deserve alot of respect for that. Laverton after all the positive signs last year have seem to gone a few steps backwards this year losing their first 3 pretty easily. I will be tipping Laverton to get their first win this week but would be expecting a real go from North Sunshine who in my mind should be given some chance this week. Lavo 10 goals

Wyndhamvale where simply outplayed last week but have a real chance to back up this week against Braybrook. Braybrook will be giving them selves every chance this week especially with the game being broadcast live on 88.9 but at home i would expect Wydhamvale to win comfortably in the end. Falcons by 10 goals

Think you should explain your reasons for returning;

A. Not up to "A Grade"?
B. Missed the Cobra's?
C. Shagged someones misses?

An honest answer would be good, and perhpas eliminate any Big Footy bagging then again could elevate it:D

lol shagged someones mrs? come on man i aint that low.. to be honest with ya div1 was a bit quicker but i played back pocket so wasn't really an issue. thought it would b easy to leave albanvale but obviously wasn't. just missed the club i grew up at thats all mate nothing else to it.. all the boys at heights were awesome and there was no falling out with any1:thumbsu:

I totally agree with you but think Deer Park wont get Match of the Round for another 3 weeks when they meet Parkside - first meeting since the granny - will be a good game - definantly one to put on air!!

not bad was thinking nth by how much at 3 1/4 time......wasnt at the game but nth up by 8 coffee scrolls after a goaless 3rd term by d/p......d/p won the last 1/4 to lose by 5 sausage rolls......some would say a little confidence going into next week.......
