Spotty played in my neck of the woods Bacchus Marsh yesterday. Drove past and saw the green and gold jumpers and had a look. Bacchus won the reserves pretty comfortably but the seniors was a great game of footy with great skills from both sides. Didn’t stay for the whole game so didn’t get the scores. Good hit out for spotty against quality opposition.

Bacchus Marsh got home by 22 points. Could’ve been a bit more, but inaccurate kicking. The Marsh had 8 out... Most notably German (Coach) and Burton (Ruckman).

The version I got told was Brian Graham called the ump a cheat and got red carded. There was a bit of a blew with some punches thrown just before half time. Scotland wasn’t happy with umpires biased towards darley and called game off. Then both teams got on the beers at the pub.

That's incorrect, umpires didn't come out after half time & just left .... Both clubs were completely surprised & the post game drinks show no animosity at all.

No discipline, no control, but lets blame the umpires for missing half of a praccy.

Rightly so then, it was a praccy game for gods sake. Will be an interesting year with Scotland and Graham in the WRFL to say the least

Interesting. Both Scotland and graham ex darley. That more sense than graham being red carded for a incident involving a darley player.

went past DP training and looked like 40 on track during intra club practice with probably about 10 players sitting in sideline watching.
Suggest they will be OK and right them off at your own peril.

Yes they still have plenty of quality for this competition. But can’t see them surviving with little juniors and the area not providing a lot of kids.
