Started downloading Ozark. Don't think I could go through all the SOA series again. It was a good series, but not something I could watch a second time.
I haven't seen SOA at all, but the first episode did not enthuse me that much. Will give it a solid shot, though.

I find with most series, I have had enough by season 2. The writers seem to lose the plot, and the quality diminishes. Watching Blindspot now, and am in season 2, and almost ready to call it quits.

I was the same with Blindspot. Shows start off with a great premise but really find it hard to keep it going. Continuum was another. Just watched the last episode of season 2 of Salvation. Finished off well but left me curious enough to look forward to season 3. But for how long?

Stargate, on the other hand, left me wanting more after 17 seasons across the three shows. But it really had run its course as a tv show with spin-offs.

Gee, feels like a long time since I've posted on here and that means, a lot of TV has gone under the bridge, a such. So apologise if I posted any of these in the distant past.

Trapped. Icelandic drama.
The Missing Season 2.
Babylon Berlin (on Netflix)
Tabula Rasa (on Netlfix)
Happy Valley (season 3 later this year)
Collateral
Big Little Lies
The Crown (dunno why, but I loved this)
The Bureau (on SBS)
Spiral (season 7 out soon)
Line of Duty
Mind Hunter
And of course, the final season of The Bridge

Just finished Tabula Rasa...very good, with the classic WTF twist at the end...

Maniac is crazy-arse. So inventive anmd visually compelling. Same dude who directed season 1 of True Detcetive. Genre and style very different though.

Why did you say there was a twist!
An IT crowd thing.

Ozark season 2 was great, too short.

New season, new shows. A couple of others:

A Discovery Of Witches - not bad will continue to watch
FBI - pilot was OK but bog average in storyline. Probably run for 6 seasons given the yanks' penchant for cops and robbers, but hardly stimulating.

New show called Manifest. A plane takes off from Jamaica bound for New York and lands 5 years later.

Oh, and Lethal Weapon is back without Riggs. Still pretty good, but somehow it is not Lethal Weapon anymore.

Manifest has an awesome premise. But started unraveling soon after the opening credits rolled!

Yeah, the premise really interested me. Was reminded a little of The 4400 at the end. Will give it a little time to see what they intend to do.

They certainly jammed a lot into the first episode. Keep me updated - I won't be watching anymore of it.

The truth about the Harry Quebert affair' dropped on Stan yesterday. I read the book some years back. Quite enjoyed it, so will check it out. Remember thinking it would make a great script etc

A couple of new shows that I haven't seen yet, but heard they're worth a look. On Fox (or wherever you get Fox) Mr Inbetween, which is getting good reviews.

And 'The First' which is a sci-fi drama about Mars.

I rate a discovery of witches
I do too - so far. But I suspect they will drag it out too long to fill up a series.

And come someone please explain to me how the f*%k a show like Wynona Earp can run into a third season?

I started watching The First mainly because Sean Penn was in it. Not overly exciting but will finish it.
