Was a good album.
Very interesting character, self taught producer and audio engineer. Along with all the instruments he plays guitar and keyboard being his main two(including bass, concert harp, hammer dulcimer and flute).
Hasn't disappointed with his work yet, so I'll be looking out for this new album too.

Holy shit this album is something.
With jazz flutes, 70s prog keyboards, and melodic death metal, large sections of this sophomore outing sound like everything Opeth should be doing but it isn't anymore. Large pieces of this album just remind you of 'Watershed' and that won album of the year.
Just about every style of music is masterfully displayed here, and all worked together without skipping a beat.
One of my absolute fave songs ever. Can't wait for the Bowie exhibition.

'Decadent' presents a greater concentration on complete and continuous song structure rather than just sticking a cool riff in front of an otherwise mediocre setting.
Plenty to like about this album, unless power metal turn you off, then you are probably better off staying clear.
