What Are You Listening To?

Just about everything is, these days.
I'll make a note here that this is the first time I've seen someone post something to say they didn't like music posted on here. That it was you, comes as no surprise.

I've seen plenty of things I didn't like on here, but I understand that music is a subjective thing and that there are those who are eclectic in their tastes to one extent or another, and those who just have an axe to grind. I don't remember negatively commenting about anything in particular in this thread - I just take a look at what has been posted, and decide whether or not I like it for myself.
Oli included. Babymetal have colluded with a fair few acts now, including a recent one with Electric Callboy which I like as well, and another with Bloodywood (India).
What I saw in that performance was a bunch of people who were having an awful lot of fun. Everyone knows it's tongue in cheek, Huskii. Everyone. They're products of Amuse entertainment. Sometimes they get more serious, there's a performance I really like of Babymetal at the PIA stadium in Japan doing "Monochrome", and it's a sight to see. There's another one of a 5000-strong crowd in Sao Paolo going aboslutely nuts

I've posted some way out stuff on here from time to time when I don't think Australian audiences have been exposed to it - Ren, is one I remember.

I mean, I could go back and find everything you've posted and comment on it, but I don't - and won't.

I'm just stating it's tripped out and soulless. Just because other music these days are soulless doesn't mean I should accept poor music.

Music is different throughout the world and I like listening to many different genres from a number of different cultures.

I gave your music a go and it did nothing for me except make my ears bleed. I'm sure there are other artists who you like that I might also enjoy listening to.

What did I just say, Huskii? yours was the first time I've ever seen anyone post in this thread just to negatively comment on something. Which is pretty much true to form for you, isn't it.
Quit with the childish carry-on.

Or I'll post more of it :p

Post as much music that you like. Nothing childish saying that music you posted is rubbish when it clearly is.

I've listened to most other people's posts and those songs and artists were far better.

I don't care for your opinion on what music I listen to, so not sure why you are so defensive.

Internet response 101, Huskii.
It might be normal if you made it a habit, but you didn't, did you. This threads been up... how many years now?
Huskii, waiting in the shadows, all this time.

But... you were warned:

Babymetal, PIA Dome 2023 (I think). That would have been a trip.
Followed by the First Take version.

Lol this music sux

Heh. Cheers Huskii. You've been very useful. And you've double posted everything for me!

There's a reason behind all this "banter". A project, of sorts. You've played your role very nicely, so thanks.

I'm reminded of a concert they played 2015 in Leeds, where as a support act the crowd initially reacted with a WTF? but after a couple of songs we were treated to diehard UK metalheads there for a concert with Metallica headlining, running around in frenetic circles after a 17-year old Su commanded the crowd to part for the Wall of Death.
Some of the interviews with UK metalheads after that were priceless.

I am a fan (now) though, despite some rather mixed initial impressions when I first ran across them back in the Covid era.
