What are your favourite places in Australia?

I dont mind perth as a place, maybe a bit quiet but i love the weather and the beaches are pretty nice.
I probably couldnt leave melbourne, i love my footy too much to go anywhere else.
Queensland is the best holiday ive ever been on. We went up there for 2 weeks, staying on the gold coast for a week, and the sunshine coast for the other week. Beautiful weather and lots to do.
Portsea and Sorrento arent bad places to go for a few days...but not too long as it gets boring. Bit like perth i spose.

Outside three or four extremely cold days every year, the climate is very pleasent. There is plenty to see and do, although you'll have to be a little more cultural than the average football fan to really appreciated the Galleries, Museums and Libraries. There are plenty of pubs, clubs and cinemas, and for all you people who are a little less cultural than the average football fan, there is Fyshwick, Hume and Mitchell.

How could you forget the only ground in Australia where you cant see anything from the front row of seats, Manuka

Been to a heap of places worldwide and countrywide but they don't compare to Sorrento. I have been going down there since I was a kid and it is my favorite place.

Sorrento beach is crud. Go to undiscovered back beaches like Diamond Bay and foreshores such as Port King (where Lindsay's Fox is) and Shelly's Beach.

Funny, the only people I've heard of who've had trouble with the front row of seats are Collingwood supporters, probably because their linkage with the apes is a little more pronounced.

yeah have been to Shelly's beach! and i'm not disagreeing with you it is nice down that way i'd just rather go somewhere else before sorrento beach as its not that nice!

well I haven't been to all that many placers in Australia through I would love to go to more but anyway Queensland well really The Gold Coast I really like it up there as long as it isn't to hot and of cause I love Melbourne ( wish I could go there more to do other stuff apart from the footy) n I like Sydey to btw I would so love to go to Tassie and Perth.

fraser island, gold coast,darwin is cool because of all the croc farms,toolangi state forest( good for motorbike riding) and pipe works motorbike track.
