Having trouble figuring out new ideas to improve the humble chicken burger. What do you guys suggest putting on a burger or what's your secret little trick you do to spice things up. Can be a specific sauce or topping, anything that goes with a chicken burger

Jerk marinade, roasted capsicum, swiss cheese, some bitter lettuce leaves, grilled prosciutto, chilli jam spread on the top bun, aioli spread on the bottom bun

Tend to go sauteed onion, grated carrot, grated cheese, drained corn kernels (haven't been game enough to try creamed corn) and mayo. Tend to lay off the bacon these days

Mix a bit of Sriracha chilli sauce with mayo = Sriracha Mayo
