I just ate what was left of the cheese platter.

For lunch, though, I did a glazed ham. Yesterday was a quince paste leg, and Saturday for my dad's side of the family was a cider glazed shoulder.

Has anyone else found that ghee's been unavailable for the last month or so? It's probably a good chance to learn how to make my own, but annoying nonetheless.

Just cooked a Thai red curry using beef mince.

I really dig mince curries, very delicious and the mince holds the sauce very well.

I've done quite a few of the hugely popular Thai, Malaysian and British-Indian curries with mince in the past.

Anyone used Marions Kitchen food range packs? For supermarket curries they are pretty good. Just ned to add the meat and a few vegies. The curry paste is nice and if you leave all the chillies in they pack a good punch. Bloody nice with chicken thighs.

The massaman curry and green/red curries are the best.
