Having loved and adored watching the TV show The Shield, it blew me away, as his character played a "good cop".
Yeah I've watched the Shield twice from start to end great series. He's character had issues on the show sounds like he had issues in real life...you just never know.

Ive watched the series too many times. :$

His character had a major identity crisis, at a time there was no support mechanisms in place to help him. Ironically the "villain/good guy" of the show of the show Vic Mackey was arguably the most supportive, even if he had ulterior motives to some extent.

His real life marriage appeared to be just as flawed as his on screen marriage in The Shield.

Serving 40 years is basically a death sentence in my eyes. He will be around 90 years old when released.

I used to watch it when I was younger was on late at night. BUT I don't think the eps were in order. So went thought start to end X2.

Back to juilan the Shield set in early 2000.
So you think better support for gays.

Unlike the blanket party that had in the show.
Giys like Elton, Freddie. George etc .
Had real life struggles.

But Julian wasn't the only one with issues.
Dutch and Dani etc had some.

Billings kinda gave me the shites .
But I guess that was his job 🤣 .

When two cast members of the Henderson Kids first series - Ron Challinor and Nicholas Eadie - passed away within ten days of each other in January I was looking up the actors on the two series of the show to see what had happened to them over the years.

Many of the younger cast members had their big breaks from this show or it led them to steady work in the entertainment industry either on screen or behind the scenes. Others had acting careers after the show but have long since left the industry. Like Bradley Kilpatrick who played 'Brains' in both series joined the army, reaching a high rank during his military career. I guess all those mornings spent running to school while being chased by the Brown Street Boys in Series 2 gave him elite fitness levels that helped him ace his medical!

Of the Brown Street Boys themselves Alex Papps who played Vinnie got his big break from the show, while another member of the gang was named Rooster. He was played by Chris Wright, and apparently he became a camera operator after leaving school from comments I read on You Tube.

However there was a third major character from the Brown Street Boys named Mick, and he was the least redeemable of the group. He was played by an actor named Paul Hall and appeared in all 24 episodes of the second series - which proved to be his only credited acting role. There was no mention of him going into another type of career, and he had no prior roles before the show or afterwards in TV or in movies. I wonder what became of him?
