What would a Dutton Liberal leadership mean for the Liberals and the country?

It appears what Dutton is complaining about is a merit based system favouring females at least in job entry level.

Yes young men cannot rely on the patriarchy thir grandfathers benefitted from (Dutton is that far behind the times)

They need to lift their game. And the stats are still skewed against females higher up organizations, despite this being a thing for a couple of decades at least now.

I’m pretty sure that in lower levels of organizations, where there is a fairly even balance among the genders, it’s pretty much on merit

I can see where a workforce is one gender sided, (engineering or IT) if you are an applicant of the other gender, the organization looking for the benefits of diversity might give an advantage

Also todays CEOs don’t speak up publicly enough? Has he looked at the mining lobby recently? Gina already saying we need an Australian DOGE

Dutton is desperate to paint the Albanese govt as Woke but apart from the voice. Which is a Uniqly Australian thing, does that resonate with voters?

And the voice was a bipartisan thing until Dutton saw the opportunity to divide.

If I was Albanese I'd be pushing the point that any potential Liberal government will not be a traditional one and if Abbott's article a couple of weeks ago in the Oz is anything to go by Dutton will be emboldened by Trump to push the envelope further right than any previous government has before it. This is why we see so little in the way of policy from them, revealing it isn't actually in their interests.

This mirrors the Republican campaign exactly.

How much in reality is he emboldened by Trump though? Dutton shot down pretty quickly Littleproud's testing of the waters on Trump style transgender politics.

In my organization its quite heavily skewed to female.

In reality, Dutton is slightly to the right of the Democrats, and Albo is slightly to left of them. Neither is really that similar to Trump led GOP.

Duttons rhetoric is similarly quite different from his performance in ministerial roles. That quite like trump

Albo doesn’t talk such a big game, but delivers more consistently

ScoMo had a higher calling and watching an out of his depth Albo slur his way on the world stage like a drunken sailor has been worth it.
If slurring like a drunken sailor on the world stage is repairing relationships with a lot of our key allies that Morrison and co stuffed up then keep passing Albo the bottle.

Remember the G7 summit where Morrison stood by himself all "billy no mates". Dutton gives off similar vibes.

You keep repeating that he has no policies but that is so far from the truth. I doubt any opposition leader has released as many policies before so early in the piece.
The nuclear policy for starters is a massive policy - you may or may not agree with it but that does not mean its not a policy.

You are confusing brain farts with policy - again

And it’s not Dutton's plan
