This mirrors the Republican campaign exactly.‘Enough’: Dutton’s warning on Aussie men — news.com.au
Both sides of politics has launched a battle for the blokes with Peter Dutton warning men have “had enough” of being painted as ogres.apple.news
Women Continue To Outpace Men In College Enrollment And Graduation
Whether it involves enrolling in college or graduating within six years, women continue to surpass men by large margins on both measures.www.forbes.com
It appears what Dutton is complaining about is a merit based system favouring females at least in job entry level.
Yes young men cannot rely on the patriarchy thir grandfathers benefitted from (Dutton is that far behind the times)
They need to lift their game. And the stats are still skewed against females higher up organizations, despite this being a thing for a couple of decades at least now.
I’m pretty sure that in lower levels of organizations, where there is a fairly even balance among the genders, it’s pretty much on merit
I can see where a workforce is one gender sided, (engineering or IT) if you are an applicant of the other gender, the organization looking for the benefits of diversity might give an advantage
Also todays CEOs don’t speak up publicly enough? Has he looked at the mining lobby recently? Gina already saying we need an Australian DOGE
Doesn’t take much to get you stimulated, does it?gee I hope he wins just to see this board melt. It will be the trump thread on steroids.
How much in reality is he emboldened by Trump though? Dutton shot down pretty quickly Littleproud's testing of the waters on Trump style transgender politics. If I was Albanese I'd be pushing the point that any potential Liberal government will not be a traditional one and if Abbott's article a couple of weeks ago in the Oz is anything to go by Dutton will be emboldened by Trump to push the envelope further right than any previous government has before it. This is why we see so little in the way of policy from them, revealing it isn't actually in their interests.
Wow. Good to know what’s really important to you.To see this place melt. Literally the next line
gee I hope he wins just to see this board melt. It will be the trump thread on steroids.
That’s just nonsense. To be fair its a both sides thing these days.
The left like it when the right have a meltdown when they lose.
In my organization its quite heavily skewed to female.‘Enough’: Dutton’s warning on Aussie men — news.com.au

Trump is a cult of personality. He will win and win convincingly
In reality, Dutton is slightly to the right of the Democrats, and Albo is slightly to left of them. Neither is really that similar to Trump led GOP.
Trump is a cult of personality.
Dutton has the charisma of road kill.

Albo is boring competence - yes.Albo has a worse personality - any wonder why he is down in the polls at present
Albo is boring competence - yes.
But he beat Morrison - something Dutton could not do
If slurring like a drunken sailor on the world stage is repairing relationships with a lot of our key allies that Morrison and co stuffed up then keep passing Albo the bottle.ScoMo had a higher calling and watching an out of his depth Albo slur his way on the world stage like a drunken sailor has been worth it.

Remember the G7 summit where Morrison stood by himself all "billy no mates". Dutton gives off similar vibes.
Wasn't he caught looking at his phone during a Anzac day ceremony as well?
You keep repeating that he has no policies but that is so far from the truth. I doubt any opposition leader has released as many policies before so early in the piece. If I was Albanese I'd be pushing the point that any potential Liberal government will not be a traditional one and if Abbott's article a couple of weeks ago in the Oz is anything to go by Dutton will be emboldened by Trump to push the envelope further right than any previous government has before it. You are confusing brain farts with policy - againYou keep repeating that he has no policies but that is so far from the truth. I doubt any opposition leader has released as many policies before so early in the piece.
The nuclear policy for starters is a massive policy - you may or may not agree with it but that does not mean its not a policy.
