Don’t know about that mate the resident lefties are more consumed with someone winning an election thousands of miles away , although there’s always potential of NSWCROW being banned on election night when Albo consedes.
Funny you'd mention election night when you fronted like a cat last election.

Everyone here saw it too.

The Crowbot at least fronted up after the Shorten loss, unlike that bloke that usually sits on here 12 hours a day but then disappeared for like a whole month :$

What a POS
Wow, the racism and misogyny is real with this one!!! Just like Victorian Labor politicians sending their moral support to Setka in his domestic abuse case, the left lose all care for those who don't share their own political view, even if they are part of the minority they claim to fight for.

All work siphoned off to corporate consultants
Is it, or is that just your assumption?

And if consultants are part of the solution, what is wrong with that (I know it is a current left wing talking point, like always raising Murdoch)? I think there is a blend of permanent public servants and consultants that works best. A good thing about consultants is that they can be turned off easily!

Well that's what the Abbott government did when trumpeting a cut Public Service waste campaign

They ended up paying far more for consultants

We also had Robodebt and the Indue card all designed to remove public service waste. Both abject failures and in Robodebts case illegal and cost Australian's their lives.

It's more bullshit from Dutton and the LNP. It's not going to look at AUKUS and it won't look at the ridiculous nuclear 'policy'. It's going to try and gut the public service and attack people on welfare.

Rubbish.

Robodebt cost the taxpayer 1.2billion in class action
$1.2 billion !
It's the greatest ever failing public administration in the country's history

I vomit when people say Libs manage things better

But they're going to make it compulsory to mark the 26th. Everything will be better if that happens.

Even worse than the Rudd home insulation scheme? Directly resulted in 4 deaths. If the private sector managed delivery of a program like that, industrial manslaughter would be considered!!

I worked many years APS
One time we had consultants come in to review processes

Spent hours and hours with 21 year old children from KPMG explaining tax law on excise
They ended up sending a draft report that was just embarrassing for lack.of understanding of the legal impediments

Spent ages with them about why they were suggesting was impossible without legal change

Months later a report was submitted about.fringe administrative changes that wouldn't have covered the cost of the consultancy "insights"

Is it any wonder I'm cynical

From a $$% perspective yes
It's the greatest ever public administration failure
And by a long way

Murdoch refused.to report on it which just underlines their position
