Sweet, so bloody low key these guys are, it was their original game they should do everything to get back what AFL Fantasy took off them.

I only use RDT because AFL fantasy has been so sanitised to appeal to the masses

100% agree,
RDT is so much better than that AFL (lolfantasy) Fantasy crap now, that game has been ruined with overpriced rookies, to having 2 trades every week, having to pay to get 18 players leagues etc... etc...
RDT is the way it should be, the more traditional Virtual Sports set up, which for most was how we started playing AFL Fantasy.

I have pretty low expectations for RDT this year.
Suspect there will be very little sponsor interest in terms of prizes for a competition that only had ~40,000(?) entrants last year and has minimal endorsement from the AFL and zero support from their official website.
The sad thing is if there is a weak prize pool and the amount of entrants drops further this year it might be the beginning of the end for RDT as anything but a competition on par with the Sportsbet and Sportal competitions of years gone by.

You what really gets to me though is how people are defending their Stuffing around Saying things like ( the season doesnt start til April) Its so not the point I so far have been told 4 different times to when its apparently going to open and today doesnt look good either If any other Business ( Doesnt matter what they do) did this people would be getting Pissed off at that to.... People have better things to do than get Mucked around If you tell a Customer something is going to happen at a certain time you damn well make sure that its gonna happen when you say it will.... and if osmething out of your control happens you keep everyone informed to what is going on..you don't keep people in the dark...

Yea I completely agree. I have asked on Twitter about opening times and even had a big rant. They sent me a PM on Twitter saying that they would open Wednesday this week. That didn't happen. They then said today. Doesn't look like its going to happen.
The thing that really gets me is that last year when they broke away from the NRL website and did their own thing, they were the first to open up, they had news stories and team lists and all of that before they opened up and in the weeks before the NRL started they had live online chats and all that. This year we can't even get a date of when they will open. Fair enough yes the season is over 28 days away. But they have definitely dropped their standards. And its a shame because they were so much better than NRL Fantasy.

The old Afl dt site has been taken down now so theres some progress by the looks of it
be happy with lolfantasy then and don't play RDT if people are this upset over it.
and as I say that the AFL 2014 RDT page is down as well as the NRL competition, looks like they're launching them both together. Which would explain why is taken a day or 2 longer for it to launch.

I still intend to plat RDT I'm just annoyed at them for stuffing us all around I've been given 4 different launch dates in the 2 weeks and each time i've waiting for it with nothing happening I dont like been stuffed around.

I'm not annoyed that the site isn't open yet. I'm annoyed that I was told by them that they would have opened yesterday and they haven't. As Loyallion said, its not good customer support.
