But the Brown one was vicious and really looked nasty

This really is based on emotion and bears no resemblence to the facts. As Brown was taking Blake to ground in the headlock, the video clearly shows that Blake has the presence of mind to gesticulate to the umpire for intervention.

Is that the act of a man in serious pain? If there was any serious force in the headlock Blake would have been grabbing Brown's arms to free himself, not gesticulating to the umpire for intervention.

Everything you say underlines your hatred of Brisbane as opposed to any careful consideration of facts.

Fletcher is a **************** and goes completely stupid when getting reported. Name one rule they invented?
1. Fletcher got rubbed last year for 2 weeks in a final for a 'high tackle', his opponent didnt even bloody know he was getting a free!!!!!!!!!

2. Fletcher got rubbed this year for 'trip by hand'. Funny considering that it happens about once every round and happened last week too. A free kick was paid against the opponent and the umpire said "TRIP!!". Howcome Fletchers is worth a week?

There's two.

AFL owe a duty of care as an employer (or at least promoter) to do what they can to avoid undue serious injury

Footy is a contact and very physical sport, hard to see how the AFL can regulate duty of care.

Too many grey areas !!

Blake had his hands up in the air and the umpire was repeatedly telling Brown to let go of him. Any 'normal' human being would have let go but Brown tried to finish him off by dropping him onto his head. Absolute thuggery and should have had the book thrown at him.

You need to watch more footy !!
Every time there has been a wrestle or melee, the umpires are always yelling repeatedly "let go let go" or "don't throw one".................And guess what? No footballer ever listens. Brown is an idiot and not one of my favourite players but media coverage crucifide him.

The same AFl that has a duty of care, sent out innocent children during an electrical storm on Saturday night, and had them carry off the goal posts.

I guess it wouldn't have been an issue if they just sent some guilty children out there.
