How good is this? Four day weekend with North Melbourne's rampage towards a 5th premiership commencing smack bang in the middle of it.

Besides the Premiership, what is the one thing you want to see most out of the year as a North Melbourne supporter?

For mine, I want to get to the end of the year and have other teams look at their fixture and say a quiet prayer of thanks that they get us once next year. I want their to be genuine fear from them about how you find a weakness. How about you all?

The Brownlow drought to end.

In order of preference:

1. Wellsy - because you know we'd enjoy watching him play. And he'd glide to the stage.
2. Boomer - because it would be interesting to see what they come up with as an excuse to leave him out of AA again after a Browlow.
3. Cunnington - to see if his Brownlow speech is as good as his Syd speech.
4. Sam Gibson - to see Arjen walk a mile in a West Coast Eagle supporter's shoes.

Luke McDonald AA captain and Brownlow Medallist.

We in the construction industry are about to embark on an 11 day weekend. Paid through RDO's. No work till after round 2. God bless the union.

To gain the sort of on-field cred that has Bruce gushing superlatives every time a North player has the footy. Just like he currently does with the Hawks and Swans. If you don't believe me, watch a replay of last year's prelim (at your own peril) and you'll see that whenever a North player had the ball it was "Harvey kicks to Brown" or "Goldstein taps it to Cunnington" whereas when a Swan had it, he was "McVeigh, brilliaaant!" or "Goodes, cleeever!" rather than describing what they actually did with the footy.

I'd also like to see Drewie kick 12 in the first quarter of Boomer's 400th. Ten of them while that campaigner Merrett is his direct opponent.

I wanna be able to turn up to games v lower teams with an internal smugness about winning ala Carey era. Not turning up to GC or Bris matches sh1tting bricks.
